设备由机器人、导轨移动装置、 旋转夹持装置等组成， 具备筒体环缝及窗口圆环装夹及焊接能力， 实现无需预热状态7mm壁厚高强钢储气罐的激光电弧复合焊接，焊后储气罐用于20MPa气体存储， 焊缝质量达到一级焊缝。
The equipment is composed of robots, guide rail moving devices, rotating clamp devices and so on. It 1s equipped with cylindrical annular seam, window ring clamping and welding capability to realize laser arc hybrid welding of 7 mm wall thickness high-strength steel gas tank without preheating. The post weld gas tank is used for 20MPa gas storage, and the welding seam quality reaches the first grade weld.
