设备由机器人、2kW激光器、 工作台、 柔性夹持工装等组成，为同一焊接电源双工位不同结掏形式产品焊接单元， 具备空间结构薄壁蒙皮骨架结构柔性快速夹待、 简体结构琴键式装夹功能， 实现钛合金零件空间曲线焊缝和简体纵缝的焊接，产品焊接变形控制能力达0.2mm。
The equipment is composed of robots, 2kW lasers, worktables, flexible clamping fixtures and so on. It is a welding unit of the same welding power source with different structural forms. It has the function of flexible fast clamping of the thin-walled envelope­framework of the space structure and function of key clamping of the cylinder structure. It can realize the space curve weld and barrel longitudinal seam for titanium alloy parts. The welding deformation of the seam is controlled by 0.2mm.
