设备由机器人、500W激光器、 双卡盘同步旋转装置等组成，具备双驱动同步旋转、 自动进给、 自动工件夹紧等功能， 可实现产品壁厚1mm、 内径1mm薄壁微细不锈钢管路组件的激光自熔焊接， 焊后背后无余高；设备定位精度±0.1mm。
The equipment is composed of robots, 500W lasers, and double chuck synchronous rotation devices and so on. It has the functions of dual driven synchronous rotation, automatic feed, and automatically workpiece clamping. It can realize laser self melting welding of thin­walled micro stainless steel pipe components with wall thickness of 1mm and internal d1ameter of 1mm without any residue behind after welding. The equipment positioning accuracy is 土 0.1mm.
